Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: August 16, 2026. Reviewed at least every 12 months.
This Privacy Policy explains how PSW Holdings LLC, doing business as Soultrum (“Soultrum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our websites (including soultrum.com and this storefront), buy our products, subscribe to our emails or texts, contact us, or otherwise interact with us (together, the “Services”). It also explains the choices and rights you have. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy below supplements this policy for residents of Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut. Our SMS Terms govern our text message program.
By using the Services you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

| Sensitive personal information | Account password. We do not intentionally collect health information. | You | Account security | Shopify | No. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you. |
We do not collect biometric information, precise geolocation, government identification numbers, or financial account login information. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
2. How we use personal information
We use personal information to: process and deliver orders and manage subscriptions; create and secure your account; send order, shipping, and account messages; provide customer support; send marketing emails and, if you opt in, marketing text messages; personalize the site and our advertising; measure and improve our marketing and the Services; detect fraud and abuse; and comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights and yours.
3. Cookies, pixels, and advertising partners
We and third parties, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Pinterest, use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to collect information from your browser or device across our site and elsewhere on the internet. These partners use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads on their platforms and other sites. Google Analytics helps us understand how the site is used; see “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” at google.com/policies/privacy/partners. Meta’s Pixel and Conversions API let us measure ad performance and reach people who have visited our site or bought from us; see facebook.com/privacy/policy.
You can control this in several ways: use the Your Privacy Choices control below to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising; turn on the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser; adjust cookie settings in your browser; and visit aboutads.info/choices and optout.networkadvertising.org to opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies. You can also manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings (facebook.com/adpreferences) and Google account (adssettings.google.com). Opting out does not stop all ads; it stops personalization based on our data.
4. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising: your right to opt out
We do not sell personal information for money. We do “share” personal information (as California defines it) and process it for “targeted advertising” (as other states define it) by allowing advertising partners to collect identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and inferences through cookies and pixels, and by uploading hashed emails and phone numbers to build ad audiences. Over the past 12 months the categories shared were: identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, coarse geolocation, and inferences, with advertising and analytics partners.
To opt out, use the control in Your Privacy Choices below, or turn on the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for that browser and, if you are logged in, for your account. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
5. Your Privacy Choices
No login or verification is required to opt out. Turning sharing off stops advertising cookies and pixels on this browser and passes your choice to our checkout so checkout-side pixels follow it.
Sharing my information for targeted advertising
Controls whether advertising cookies and pixels (Meta, Google) may collect your activity on this site. Applies to this browser. Clearing cookies resets it.
Sharing is currently on for this browser.
To opt out account-wide or by email, write to support@soultrum.com with the subject “Privacy Request”.
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal (globalprivacycontrol.org). When we detect it, we opt that browser out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising and show a confirmation above. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common standard for them.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here. When information is no longer needed we delete or de-identify it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Order and transaction records | 7 years after the order (tax and accounting) |
| Account information | While the account is active plus 3 years, or until deletion is requested |
| Marketing email and SMS subscription data | Until you unsubscribe; then a suppression record (email or phone only) is kept so we do not contact you again |
| SMS and email consent records (timestamp, IP, form, disclosure shown) | 5 years from opt-out or last message |
| Subscription consent and acknowledgment records | 3 years, or 1 year after the subscription ends, whichever is longer |
| Customer support messages | 3 years after the ticket closes |
| Website analytics and advertising data | Up to 26 months in analytics tools; ad partners retain per their policies |
| Privacy request records | 24 months |
| Fraud and security logs | 12 months |
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
Depending on your state, you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you and receive a portable copy; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (we do not do this kind of profiling); limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it beyond permitted purposes); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Oregon and Minnesota residents may also request the list of specific third parties to which we have disclosed their personal data.
To exercise a right, email support@soultrum.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” use our contact form, or call 310-400-0134. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days with notice. To verify you, we will match the information you provide to our records (for example, the email address and a recent order number). You may use an authorized agent; we will require proof of the agent’s authority and may ask you to confirm the request directly. Opt-out requests are honored within 15 business days and do not require verification.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email or writing to support@soultrum.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. We will respond within 45 days (60 days in some states). If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General. California residents may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov.
We will not deny you goods or services, charge a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right, except as permitted under a financial incentive program you joined.
8. Notice of Financial Incentive
We offer discounts, such as a first-order discount when you join our email or text list, and subscription savings. To provide them we collect and use your email address, phone number, and purchase history as described in this policy. Participation is voluntary; you can opt in through the sign-up form or subscription option and withdraw at any time by unsubscribing (email link, replying STOP, or canceling your subscription in your account). We estimate that the value of the personal information involved is reasonably related to the discount offered, based on the expense we save by marketing directly to you compared with other channels. We do not sell this information.
9. Children
The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, email support@soultrum.com and we will delete it.
10. Text message (SMS) program
If you opt in to our text program you give us your phone number and consent record, and we log messages sent, delivery status, and replies (including STOP and HELP). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our SMS platform provider processes this data on our behalf. See our SMS Terms.
11. California Shine the Light
California residents may request, once a year, a notice identifying the categories of personal information we shared with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the prior year. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. To ask, email support@soultrum.com with “Shine the Light” in the subject.
12. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, tokenized payments handled by our payment processor, and access controls. No method is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Automated systems
We do not use your personal data to train large language models. We do not make decisions about you using solely automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
14. International visitors
We sell and ship only within the United States and process personal information in the United States. If you visit from outside the US, you understand your information will be processed here.
15. Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This section applies to residents of Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut and supplements the rest of this policy. Because our products are marketed for mood and sleep support, information about the products you view or buy could reasonably be linked to your health. We treat that information as consumer health data for residents of these states. We collect it from you and your device when you browse, buy, or contact us, and use it only to fulfill your order, provide the Services you request, and respond to you. Our processors (commerce platform, payment processor, shipping carriers, email and SMS platform, and support tools) handle it on our behalf. We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share it with advertising partners for residents of these states unless you separately consent. We do not use geofences around health care facilities. You may access, withdraw consent for, or ask us to delete your consumer health data at any time by emailing support@soultrum.com with “Health Data Request” in the subject; we respond within 45 days and you may appeal a denial by replying to our decision.
16. Changes to this policy
We will post changes here and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or a notice on the site before they take effect.
